ABOUT ME
Following the birth of my first child I experienced severe postnatal depression. Although I sought assistance, I struggled to engage with the services offered. The turning point came when I received energy psychotherapy from a specialised trauma service. For me and my family the effects were truly life changing and I began training in energy therapy and psychotherapy. I chose Neurosomatic Psychotherapy because it is an integrative approach that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit. This approach recognises the individual as a whole, and sessions are tailored to address the unique needs and personal circumstances of each client.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Neurosomatic Psychotherapy
